Mosspaw blinked, knowing it had been her fault, but brushed it off. She shrugged her shoulders. "I'm not sure. It depends on what my mentor's doing..." she said. Seeing Hailstorm give a wave of his tail, she smiled brightly and waved hers back. She watched him walk away before looking back at Springpaw. She missed helping him with the herbs and everything like she had when she was a kit when things weren't going so....nice. She flicked her ear and suppressed a sigh.

Runningpaw blinked and saw that he was already forgotten. He gave a soft sigh and turned around to skirt around the edge of camp when he came almost face-to-face with Ashclaw. He sucked in a startled breath, his nerves having just calm downed down flashed up again. "Gah!! S-sorry!" he stammered, furious with himself and his clumsiness.

Runningpaw flinched as Ashclaw hissed at him and he srambled back a couple steps. His ears flickered up at the apology, but he kept his eyes down. "Yeah...fine. That's fine," he said quietly. "I understand." A trace of bitterness laced the young tom's word. 'I can relate...'

Runningpaw shuffled his paws. "Er, yeah... I guess you could say that." he murmured to himself as he looked over to where Mosspaw and Springpaw were talking. He risked looking up at the gruff tom, but his own leafy gaze couldn't hold the yellow one of Ashclaws as he surveyed him.

Runningpaw had to resist the urge to snort at that. "Yeah well, I kind of hang out on my own..." he replied lamely. He shuffled his paws once again. This conversation was taking an uncomfortable turn for him whether Ashclaw knew it or not. He glanced up again at the other tom, wondering if he was intentionally making fun of him....

"Nothing wrong with that." Ashclaw reasoned, though a slight sadness was in his tone. It wasn't really a choice that he had made for himself to be alone. He just wasn't likeable, and even when he was happy, and talkative, it was still wrong. He'd given up a long time ago, and was fine with it. He valued his own thoughts over others' now. "Don't get too down. You've got a lot of life left. If you're too negative, you'll end up like me." he said, getting up. "And that, Runningpaw, would be a tragedy." he added, offering a small, toothy grin. "I better leave." he said, an awkward tone coming back into his voice, the words ceasing to flow. Ashclaw then walked towards the warriors' den, sitting down outside of it.

Watching Mosspaws gaze, Springpaw blinked and cocked her head slightly to the side. "Mooning after the Medicine Cat?" she guessed, "You know, that's not exactly allowed in the Warrior Code." Her silver eyes suddenly gleamed and her whole body seemed to be ready to cause trouble as she mewed in a softer tone, "I wouldn't say he's exactly my type, but he is a pretty good looking young tom. Good luck!" With those words and a flick of her tail, the little tabby and white apprentice bounded off before bowling Firepaw to the ground. "Gotcha! Now, are we leaving yet?" She asked in a plaintative voice.

"Alright!" Grasswhisker replied with a nod. "Well, shall we leave?" The brown tabby tom gestured with his tail for the ladies to lead, and called out for Hallowpaw.

Still a bit ticked off at Grasswhisker, Skyfleck assumed his position beside Willowwater, ears flattened slightly with pleasure

Silverpelt strolled out of the warrior's den, his spine dipping into a long stretch. His pelt was impeccable, as usual. He let out a yawn, blue eyes blinking in the sunlight as he tried to process what was going on.

His sister Softstep, however, was off to the side, quietly grooming her soft orange pelt. She seemed oblivious to her surroundings, but her pale orange ears were swiveling at the slightest sound.

Ravenfeather padded out of the nursery, Eaglekit and Shadowkit trailing behind. Shadowkit held his head high and glared at anyone who made eye contact with him. Eaglekit was happy and bubbly, like always. She had a bounce in her step and smiled at anyone and everyone. Ravenfeather yawned and stretched before padding over to a shady spot under a bush. She laid down and looked around the clearing.

Willowwater glances at Skyfleck and smiles softly.

Firepaw looks up at Springpaw "Not yet...." he mews before standing up and padding over to Runningpaw "Hey, you ok Runningpaw? I saw what happened, dont mind Springpaw shes just pushy. If you ever need help just ask me, k?" Firepaw flashes his famous grin.

Hallowpaw stumbles up to Grasswhisker looking up at him with an exausted expression and fear filled eyes "Y-yes?" she glances around nervously as though shes about to be attacked "What are we doing....?" Hallowpaw looks like shes about to have a panic attack. I need to relax..... that nightmare was just a dream.... it was all just a dream... I hope.... her thoughts go back to her dream when she was surounded by cats that started trying to kill her by the edge of a cliff, then she suddenly slips and plumits down into the forest miles below her.

Sparkpaw yawned and walked casually out of the apprentices' den. "Excuse me." he meowed, moving past Mosspaw and Springpaw. He looked at the fresh-kill pile and moaned. Not very much, he'd have to ask his mentor if they could go out hunting today.

"Hey! Apprentice's and mentor's! Anyone up for hunting?" Windflight called

Swanheart padded into the clearing, stiff from sitting and grooming for so long, Most cats love my fur, but it's just so hard to keep tidy! She thought as she headed to the fresh-kill pile and grabbed a small mouse.

Silverflower yawned while she layed in the sun and groomed her soft white coat, her gray eyes surveying camp.

Copperpaw soon got bored and bounded over to Runningpaw. "Hey." She meowed brightly her green eyes sparking, "How are you today?"

Taking charge, Grasswhisker called to the assembled apprentices and mentors, "Alright, Hallowpaw, Springpaw, and Windflight come with me, and Skyfleck, Willowwater, Copperpaw, Firepaw, and Echopool head out towards the stream to hunt. We'll meet back at camp later, and when it starts getting dark all of the apprentices can come have a night ambush trainning. Let's head out!" Glancing down at Hallowpaw, Grasswhisker frowned slightly and mewed softly, "You ok? We're hunting. Let's get moving, and if you want to talk about something we can discuss it outside." With those words he signaled with his tail and bounded off towards the territory.

Springpaw opened her eyes wide in shock. Whaaat? She couldn't hunt with Firepaw? Mousedung.. Dragging her feet, she followed after the rest of her patrol at a much slower rate.

Silverpelt looked at Angelwing, flicking a dusty silver ear. "Bummer," he answered, plopping in to a sit beside her. He sighed quietly, boredom in his winning blue gaze. "But i'm so bored," he groaned, looking at Angelwing with a pleading expression.

Runningpaw looked up as Ashclaw left. "Why would it be that much of a tragedy..." she asked. Runningpaw looked over at Flamepaw, and gave an uncomfortable laugh. "W-well, thanks...." he said. "I...um........thanks," he said, flicking his tail. He quickly retreated from the awkwardness and made his way straight to Silverpelt. "Silverpelt!" Runningpaw overheard his last comment. "Silverpelt, if you're, um, bored, could we train? Or....hunt?" he asked with a shuffle of his paws. "Or, or not..."

Mosspaw's eyes widened as Springpaw talked. "Oh, no, no, no, no..." she muttured, her fur growing hot and her eyes widening in embarrassment. "N-no! It-it's not like that!" she protested, but Springpaw was already gone. "Not. Like. That!" she called after her, lashing her tail and her fur practically boiling from embarassment. She gave a small, embarrassed, huff but couldn't help but glance over at the Medicine Cat den. She sat down, feeling awkward. "Stupid Springpaw..." he muttured.

Leafblaze looked around the camp, searching for Summerpaw.
