"Oh, drat, the last one's left." Windflight muttered as Silverpelt and Runningpaw left

(Tiarra, Windflight is supposed to be out with Grasswhisker and Springpaw right now in the Oak Savannah)

Angelwing followed Silverpelt and Runningpaw, happy to finally stretch her legs a bit.

Hailstorm flicked Mosspaw with his tail. "Sounds good. And remember, if you need me to help you get some payback, I'm always ready." he said with a sly smile.

Firepaw  runs after his mentor.

Willowwater smirks and runs to the stream.

Summerpaw gives a start and glances up at her mentor, forcing a small smile on her face. "Oh nothing really. I just wanted to go with my friends." Straightening up, she smiled again, waiting to be taken into the territory. She did lie, that was only part of the problem. She didn't all that much have any friends she could count on. She felt shunned, an oddity. She lifted her head high, keeping herself from breaking down and telling the truth.

Duskclaw shrugged his dark ginger shoulders and glanced down at the pretty she-cat....Was this really what he wanted? Giving a glance back over to Leafblaze, he huffed, remembering the times with her he used to have. They were gone now, lost because of a something stupid he had done. He couldn't even really remember now. They had grown apart and he longed for closeness again. "Nothing really. Just something that will go away soon." He told Briarrose with a slight smile, building his confidence after it had come shattering down after Leafblaze. 

Riverpaw gave a smile to Curlyfur and bounded back over to his mentor, his tail flicking back and forth, wondering what he was going to be asked to do next. His mood was getting better, much better than the morning. Training could sort out the rest.

Leafblaze blinked, hesitating. It was hard to read her new apprentice, especially with her own troubles whirling around in her head, but she ecould sense something was amiss. "Alright then. You'll be able to train with everyone later tonight for ambush apprentices." Flicking her tail, she rose to her paws. Hesitating again, she decied to lean foreward and lightly touch her nose to Summerpaw's ear in a silent gesture that would hopefully comfort her if anything was wrong. "Come on...let's go hunt," she murmured before setting out to the Oak Savannah.

Thistlefrost stood up and gave another stretch, growing tired of just doing nothing. Flicking his tail, the white tom trotted over towards Duskclaw and Briarrose, giving his trade-mark lopsided grin and a small nod. "Duskclaw, Briarrose," he acknowledged, "I do hope I'm not interrupting anything important." Thistlefrost let out a small purr. "It's just so boring, sitting in camp, and I was looking for some company. You two seem to be having such fun over here. Mind if I join?" Thistlefrost mewed, silver eyes bright.

Mosspaw laughed softly, her eyes warm. "Right back at you," she purred, a mischevious light entering her brilliantly blue eyes. "But I'd be careful, Hailstorm. I might just hold you to that." Giving another small giggle, she couldn't help but smile at the thought of a bunch of harmless prickles caught in Springpaw's pretty little pelt. She tried to shake off those thoughts, though, knowing that she'd have to get along with her Clanmates.

Hailstorm laughed. "Well i sure hope you don't have to hold me to it. Now, since talking is also reletively useless, would you like to practice?" he asked, cocking his head. He hoped she didn't pick something more advanced, he'd only trained as a warrior for a moon or so.

(Whoa. Okay. Wow. Well, haters gonna hate.... Huh. My poor, innocent Springpaw.. BTW, in case Kei hasn't told ya'll, we were planning on a little Clan drama with Runningpaw being the object of bullying by the other apprentices, maybe an occasional warrior. We don't want any heroes yet, so if you have an apprentice treat him like you would NOT want to be treated ;P. Well, unless you are a masochist.... ANYWAY! Have fun being evil ;))

Briarrose narrowed her eyes marginally. Huh. Maybe she wasn't quite right. Didn't he end it with that plain, boring, prickly, whats-her-name? Slightly disgruntled, she hid her emotions and purred sweetly, "Great!" She sat up, marginally scooting closer to him as Thistlefrost padded up. "Thistlefrost," she greeted dryly, "No, feel free." To leave, "There isn't much to do, is there? Not with all the apprentices out."

Softstep watched Leafblaze and Summerpaw, her golden gaze narrowing slightly. She wondered how she would be with an apprentice. Or even as a mother. She flicked an ear, smiling softly at her nonsensical thoughts.

Thistlefrost grinned, hearing the dryness in her tone. "Thank you very much," he mewed as he settled down, curling his tail over his paws. "And you're quite right. They do liven this place up, don't they?" Thistlefrost's tail tip flicked up and down, and his enjoyment was sincere. He raised a paw and drew it over his ear. "Speaking of apprentices, do you think either of you will be receiving any of the upcoming kits?" he asked. Thistlefrost himself was quite young, so he didn't expect one...

Mosspaw smiled brightly. "So do I." Then when he offered to train, she bounced lightly on her paws. "Oh, sure!" she mewed, eyes shining. "Did you have anything specific in mind or just a free match?" she asked with a smile.

Eaglekit stood, stretched then crouched and stalked a leaf. When she got close enough, she pounced and missed, as the leaf was blown into the air. She launched herself into the air, catching it in her paws and playing with it.

Ravenfeather watched her daughter fondly. Her eyes widened when realized that she couldn't see Shadowkit. She looked around frantically, not seeing Shadowkit. She padded around, searching for him, but not finding him. "My kit!" She cried. "He's gone missing!" She kept padding around, searching and searching.

Ravenfeather let out a soft wail, failing to find Shadowkit. Her usually happy turquoise eyes were wide and worried.

Eaglekit bolted over to Ravenfeather, trying to comfort her distressed mother. "Mom he's probably okay." She mewed softly.

Hailstorm prayed silently to StarClan- he would have cursed, but he disliked doing it- and hoped she wouldn't beat him to badly. "Sure. Usual rules; claws sheathed and whatnot. Ready?GO!" he said the last two words quickly, knowing his best chance was surprise, but once she got over it, she'd probably beat him. He was reminded how exremely out of practice he was when he darted forward and went for a quick paw swipe at her legs. To slow! he scolded himself, also aware that he was off balance.

Briarrose shot the tom a disgusted look before opening her mouth to speak, but only one sound came out before she heard Ravenfeather's cry. Seriously?! she thought venomously, but her large eyes showed only worry. "This isn't good.." she murmered, then stood up. Striding regally over to Ravenfeather, the seal point warrior asked gently, "When did you see him last?"

Rippleclaw noticed his apprentice and nodded in satisfication. "Good. alright, why don't we do a border patrol next, then?" He paused, amber eyes narrowing as he glanced at Ravenfeather. The large silver tom's ear flicked as he added, "Might as well make it a search patrol, too. Softstep!" He called, keen eyes picking her out, "Come with us to search for Shadowkit." He turned and trotted out of the camp, nose low as he tried to pick up the scent.

Softstep looked towards Rippleclaw as she heard her name, a mixture of relief and anxiety in her wide eyes. She followed him out of camp, stepping daintily--as usual.
